Useful Information for Participants

• You don't need to bring sleeping bags, because the accomodation will be at the dormitories
• It might be cold at the evening, so you better bring warm clothes (e.g. jackets)
• You better bring slipper in order to use in the dormitories,
• Weather is generally hot at day time ( Nearly 25-30º)
• You should bring formal clothes for opening ceremenoy and the Banquet
• The rooms in the dormitories are available for three people each.Because of the regulations of the rectorat, different floors are organized for men and women.

The transportation for welcoming the participants will be available only the 13th of June. Participants that are arriving before that day, should arrange their transpotation by themselves.
